Delivery Options

Nationwide Pallet Deliveries (250 kg - 1,200 kg)

Standard pallet deliveries are 2-3 working days through The Pallet Network (TPN). A next working day service is available for orders placed before midday. 

These vehicles do not have a crane for offload. The driver can only offload the goods with a tail lift and hand pallet trucks.

• Exact delivery costs depend upon the weight and volume of the products, and your address.
• At the time of ordering, please advise us of any special requirements such as: gravel driveways, restricted access etc.
• The driver must be able to make the delivery or a redelivery fee will be charged.

Quarter Pallet: Max size 1 m x 1.2 m x 1.0 m high, up to 250 kg.

Half Pallet: Max size 1 m x 1.2 m x 1.5 m high, up to 500 kg.

Full Pallet: Max size 1 m x 1.2 m x 1.5 m high, up to 1,000-1,200 kg (over 1,000 kg only possible with forklift offload at the delivery point).

Transport Crate (for bulk bags): Max size 1 m x 1.2 m x 1.5 m high, up to 1,000-1,200 kg (over 1,000 kg only possible with forklift offload at the delivery point).

Dedicated Articulated Lorry Loads

For the largest loads, we can arrange articulated lorry loads (24 pallet spaces) from third party transport companies to deliver anywhere in the UK.

These loads can be organised with a moffett offload which detaches from the lorry to unload the pallets or without a moffett for slightly less cost where a forklift or similarly suitable equipment is available at the delivery point to remove the pallets.
